Just a short walk to beaches, shops, and the charming Old Town Harbour, it’s the perfect spot for families and friends to relax and enjoy everything Puerto del Carmen has to offer. Casa Allure is a 3 Bed Villa that has a real contemporary feel. Set in a tranquil location like most of our villas, in Los Mojones. With all amenities on hand.
Casa Allure is centrally located and close by to you will find supermarkets, shops, good restaurants, tapas bars and taxi ranks.
Casa Allure is a short walk away from the golden beaches of Puerto Del Carmen. Puerto Del Carmen lies centrally and is a coastal area making it perfect for reaching the Island’s beautiful attractions and some of the best beaches in Lanzarote. The picturesque fishing port of the Old Town is close by. A favourite spot to sample local wine and excellent seafood.

Easy access to family attractions like Rancho Texas Park and Lanzarote Golf. Peaceful location yet close to the action

Arrecife is the lively capital of the Island boasting excellent shopping mail and is only a 15 minute drive.

You can visit the fabulous Marina at Puerto Calero. Gaze into the clear waters to see the many species of fish. Book a submarine or catamaran trip. Or take a snorkeling lessons.

Casa Allure has a large (7m x 3.5m) heated rectangular fresh water swimming pool.

Tariff: Rates are for up to four persons. Extra guests are charged at £130.00 per person per week.
Terms: £400 per week deposit is payable on booking confirmation. Infants under 2 are £35.00 per child per week .Balance to be paid 10 weeks prior to arrival. ***All guests should have holiday insurance***.
Bookings are normally from 14:00 h on arrival to 10.00 of day of departure. Check in 14.00 check out 10.00
