Getting Around:
To get from La Serena’s La Florida Airport to the Puerto Serena Condominium, you can choose from the following options:

1. By car or taxi
Travel time: Approximately 15–20 minutes, depending on traffic.
Approximate cost: Between 10,000 and 15,000 CLP.
Official airport taxis usually have fixed rates or use a meter. It’s advisable to check before starting your trip.

2. By public transportation (shared taxis or buses)
From the airport, you can take a taxi to downtown La Serena (approximately 10–15 minutes).
In downtown, you can board a colectivo or minibus that will take you along Francisco de Aguirre Avenue until you reach 517.

If you take a taxi from the airport to downtown (4,000 to 5,000 CLP) and then a colectivo (800 to 1,200 CLP) or city bus (around 700 CLP), the total cost would be cheaper, but it will take longer.

3. Private Transportation Services
You can hire a private transportation service or transfer at the airport to take you directly to the condo. Options such as Uber or Didi are available in the city.
Approximate cost: Between 10,000 and 18,000 CLP per person, depending on whether it’s a shared or private transfer.
Transfer services are usually available at the airport and can be booked in advance.

Prices may vary slightly depending on the season or demand, so we suggest confirming the rates upon your arrival.
We recommend checking with the transportation service to determine the best option based on your arrival time.

IMPORTANT:

-No visitors are allowed.
-The apartment’s maximum capacity (specified in the listing) must not be exceeded.
-Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM.

-Sheet and towel changes are not included in the reservation; if you require a change, there will be an additional charge, as we operate by renting out the entire apartment rather than as a hotel.

-Smoking is prohibited in enclosed spaces accessible to the public or used for commercial purposes.

- The apartment does NOT have cable TV; the TVs function as Smart TVs.

Interaction with Guests:
Check-in instructions will be provided by the host the night before your arrival.
