Welcome to this stylish modern flat in North Acton, the perfect base for both business and leisure stays in London. Designed for comfort and convenience, the apartment is bright, airy, and offers everything you need for a relaxing visit.

The flat comfortably sleeps up to four guests with two bedrooms. One features a luxurious king-sized bed, while the second is set up as a flexible space with a comfortable double sofa bed, ideal for families, friends, or colleagues travelling together. The property includes one well-appointed bathroom with a bath and shower combination, and is located on the fifth floor of a secure building with lift access.

The open-plan living area has a sofa and dining space, perfect for unwinding after a day out in the city. A private balcony offers a spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The kitchen comes equipped with essential appliances, making it easy to prepare home-cooked meals during your stay.

**Please be advised** that the oven is currently out of service. However, you will have access to the hob and microwave for meal preparation.

There are also great local parks and green spaces close by, offering a refreshing contrast to the buzz of central London.

Transport connections are excellent, with North Acton Underground Station only a short walk from the property. The Central Line runs through the station, giving you quick and direct access to Oxford Circus, Notting Hill, and beyond. This makes the flat a fantastic choice for those wanting easy travel into the heart of London while enjoying the benefits of a quieter neighbourhood.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in is accessing with codes and then smart lock directly at the property. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
