We loved this place. The quirky decor made it feel very homely. It was thoroughly clean and there were thoughtful snacks and drinks left for us. I’d give 6 stars out of 5 if I could. Perfect location and amazingly well-stocked flat away from the street so super quiet at night. Valentin was an awesome host who took incredible care to ensure we had everything we needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

If you're looking for a place right in the middle of all the action then this will be perfect. check in was easy, and there is a lift which was great with bags. Tube station right at the end of the street. Even though your right in the middle everything, the place was surprisingly quiet.

This fit our needs perfectly for our London stay. The location right in the West End was ideal, walking distance from the two musicals we went to, many great stores and places to eat in the neighborhood, easy access to transportation to other areas. The apartment worked well for our adult son and both of us with full sized beds in two separate rooms. The kitchen and bathrooms were accessible without disturbing either of the bedroom spaces. The furnishings were bright and fun as well as functional.

Our stay was perfect for our family with three boys. Valentin went above and beyond with the amenities provided, including snacks, coffee, and bottles of water, and even a bottle of sparkling wine! The check in and out process was easy, location was ideal, decor was fun and quirky, and hostess was super responsive. Would highly recommend this property!

Our stay in the urban jungle was nothing short of amazing! From the very beginning, Valentin was very accommodating as we had a late arrival from the airport. He far exceeded our expectations as he had water, snacks, coffee, and so much more waiting for us. The space was overall very clean and had all the essentials you could need when it came to shampoo, hair dryer, multiple towels for each person, and slippers. Most importantly the beds were extremely comfortable!!! The location could not have been better and was very central to all the sights we were hoping to see while in London. We highly recommend this property!

This place is centrally located to so many places that we wanted to visit in London. Top notch location! My kids enjoyed the delightful, quirky, and whimsical decorations: Banksy art, disco balls, flamingos, and airplanes. The host was super accommodating and sprinkled thoughtful little notes everywhere. I needed to know how to turn on the heat and there was a little note on the wall next to the thermostat. Coming from the U.S. I did not realize how much pressure was needed on the toilet handle to fully flush it and there was a note on the wall! :). The host thought of every little thing from travel adapters to accommodate U.S.-style plugs to toothbrushes to snacks that my kids enjoyed and drinks and house slippers for everyone! I would come back here again when visiting London.

Location was fabulous. Easy to get to the underground, trains or buses. The flat was filled with lovely things/extras. Enough towels, laundry service and comfy beds. The host was always reachable and responded immediately. I would highly recommend this flat.

First class operation

This rental was all superlatives. Amazingly convenient location, well maintained space for 5 of us. Our host Valentin was very responsive and accommodating to my many questions before I rented, and during our rental. My family wants to return to London again so we can enjoy the city while using this space.

Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Tolle Lage, sobald man aus dem Gebäude tritt, ist man mitten im Getümmel. Viele Restaurants, Theater und Kinos sind in fußläufiger Nähe. Die Wohnung ist trotzdem absolut ruhig, so dass man sehr gut schlafen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das großzügige Angebot des Vermieters, bereitstehende Getränke, Snacks und Badartikel zu konsumieren bzw. zu nutzen. Wir werden die Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen! Der einzige Punkt, der uns negativ aufgefallen ist, ist die recht durchgelegene Matratze im zweiten Schlafzimmer.
