Guests have full access to the house and backyard, except for staff-only locked areas.

Late check-out after 11 AM incurs a $150 fee.

Additional Information

House Rules & Important Notes

✅ No smoking inside the house – A $500 fine applies if evidence of smoking is found.
✅ No parties or loud noise – Quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
✅ No unregistered guests – Only those listed in the reservation are allowed.
✅ Pool Safety – No glass items in the pool area ($4,000 fine if the pool needs to be drained due to broken glass).
✅ Housekeeping – Optional cleaning service available for $225 (includes new linens, restocking essentials, and full cleaning).
✅ Security Cameras – Outdoor cameras monitor for safety. Tampering results in a $100 fine.
✅ Tropical Climate Notice – As Miami is a tropical area, insects and lizards may occasionally appear. Keeping doors closed helps prevent them from entering.

📌 Liability Waiver: Guests assume all risks associated with using the property, including the pool and outdoor spaces. The owner is not responsible for personal belongings, accidents, or injuries.
