The Space:

Step into a fresh, contemporary space designed for comfort and convenience. The apartment features two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a comfortable single bed), dressed in quality linens for a good night’s sleep. A sofa bed in the open-plan living area provides extra flexibility, though the apartment is ideally suited for 3 guests. The living area is bright and inviting, with a flat-screen smart TV for downtime and a seamless flow to the private balcony – perfect for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The décor is modern and minimalist with touches of Sardinian charm, and ample natural light fills the rooms thanks to large windows.



In addition to its comfortable layout, the apartment offers a range of modern amenities for a worry-free stay:



- Climate Control: Air conditioning (cooling and heating) to keep you comfortable in any season.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the entire apartment during their stay. You can come and go as you please using your own set of keys. Enjoy the apartment’s private balcony exclusively, and feel free to make use of the semi-private patio (shared only with one neighboring apartment) for outdoor dining or relaxing. The patio is spacious enough to enjoy, and typically very quiet, as only one other unit shares it. You’ll also have access to free street parking right in front of the building, making it convenient if you’re bringing a car.

Beaches near Pula feature golden sand and crystal-clear waters. Located in a residential area, the apartment offers a peaceful retreat that’s still close to everything you need. Pula is a charming coastal town known for its beautiful beaches and tranquil atmosphere. You’re only a short drive from sparkling shorelines – the renowned white sands of Chia are within easy reach. Whether you’re swimming in clear turquoise waters, snorkeling around Nora’s ruins, or simply sunbathing, the natural beauty around Pula is spectacular.



Despite its resort amenities, Pula maintains a small-town, welcoming feel. The town center – with its picturesque narrow streets and traditional Sardinian architecture – is just a few minutes from the apartment. In the Piazza del Popolo (the main square), you’ll find lively cafés, gelato shops, and restaurants serving delicious local cuisine. There are also boutique shops, a supermarket, and a weekly market (in season) where you can pick up fresh produce or artisanal goods. Getting Around:

Getting around Pula and the surrounding area is straightforward. If you’re driving, the main coastal road SS195 is easily accessible and connects Pula to other towns and beaches. Cagliari, Sardinia’s capital city, is roughly 38 km away – about a 40-minute drive along a scenic route. The nearest airport, Cagliari Elmas (CAG), is also about a 35–40 minute drive from Pula, making travel days convenient. We provide free street parking by the apartment, so having a rental car is hassle-free and recommended if you plan to explore the wider region (such as the stunning beaches of Chia or the mountains inland).



If you prefer not to drive, Pula is well-served by public transport. Regular ARST buses connect Pula with Cagliari and other neighboring villages, with the journey to Cagliari taking around 50 minutes. The bus stop is within easy reach from the apartment. Within town, you can easily walk or bike to most places – the town is compact and flat, perfect for a leisurely stroll. No matter how you choose to get around, you’ll find that the apartment’s location offers a great balance of peace and accessibility – tucked away from noise but not far from main roads and transit options.

The patio is semi-private, shared with one neighboring apartment. You’re welcome to enjoy it — just be considerate of noise, especially in the evening.

Safety & Cleanliness

The apartment is brand-new, professionally cleaned and sanitized before each stay, and stocked with cleaning supplies. It’s a non-smoking, no-pet property to maintain an allergy-friendly environment.
