**Important! Please Note:
• Summer Season: From late June through Aug this home must be reserved from Sunday to Sunday.
• Holiday Season: Reservations that include both Christmas and New Years may not be accepted, unless they are 10 days or longer. Reservation arrivals on Christmas Day may also not be accepted.
• However, closer to arrival (4-6 weeks) this policy may be relaxed so please enter your preferred dates to see if they are accepted or contact us directly with questions.

This home can accept 2 small dogs (under 20lbs) or 1 medium dog (60lbs max) and must abide by our pet policy. Nightly pet fees, per pet, apply.

Home Features:
• The master suite has a King bed and an adjoining bath with a step in shower. 
• The second bedroom has a queen bed and is nicely furnished. 
• The third bedroom has 3 twin beds, 2 are a twin trundle and a third that folds out from an ottoman, suitable for a teenager or child. 
• The living room flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to cook, connect, and kick back together. Plus, there's a large flat-screen TV with DVD player for movie nights in. 
• The kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals with ease, whether you’re prepping a beach picnic or a seafood feast.
• The garage has been converted to a game room with a ping pong table and TV.

Cayucos by-the-Sea is located on California’s scenic Central Coast, halfway between Los Angeles and San Francisco. Cayucos sits quietly between the Pacific Ocean and the rolling hillsides of open ranchland and is what some people call "the last of the California beach towns." Listen to the quiet and stillness that only a small town in an untouched countryside can provide. Cayucos is the perfect remedy for those who suffer from the ills and frustrations of life in the fast lane in our crowded cities. Peaceful, underdeveloped ranchlands with cattle grazing on undulating, oak-crested hills provide a respite for the city weary.

Checkout Requirements:
To help keep cleaning fees reasonable and prepare the home for the next guest, we ask that you complete a few basic tasks before departure. If these tasks are not completed, a fee of up to $200 may be added to your reservation.
Required Checkout Tasks: In general, you are required to leave the home in a reasonable and tidy manor, excessively dirty homes could result in an additional charge.
• Load and start the dishwasher (and hand wash any remaining dishes)
• Take out all trash and place it in the designated outdoor bins
• Turn off lights, appliances, and thermostats
• Lock all doors and windows
• Return any provided keys as instructed
If your reservation includes a pet:
• Clean up all pet messes, including waste in the yard or outdoor areas
• Properly dispose of all pet waste in outdoor trash bins
• If pet waste is not cleaned up, an additional pet cleaning fee of $100.00 will be charged
Allowing entry of a pet into a non-pet friendly home will result in a $500.00 special Cleaning Fee. Smoking in or allowing smoke odors to enter any of our homes will result in a $500.00 Cleaning Fee.
By booking this stay, you acknowledge these tasks are required. If they are not completed, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Homes left in poor condition or without completing the required checkout tasks may also result in your guest profile being flagged, added to our “Do Not Rent” list, or restricted from booking any of our managed homes offered by any of our rental companies.

URelax Vacation Rentals welcomes service animals recognized by the ADA (American Disabilities Act). In advance of a visit to any of our properties with a service animal, Management must be notified and once screened written approval will be issued. Unapproved animals on any of our properties are a violation of our contract and grounds for eviction.
