Aufgrund einer Flugänderung mussten wir unseren Aufenthalt um eine Nacht verlängern – diese Änderung entwickelte sich zu einem Albtraum, da uns der Gastgeber trotz Buchungsbestätigung bedrohte und eine Reinigungskraft ohne Vorwarnung die Wohnung betrat. Die Kommunikation zwischen Belvilla und dem Gastgeber war mangelhaft. Ich werde NICHT wieder über Belvilla buchen. Suchen Sie sich lieber eine andere Unterkunft.
