EL AJUSTE
Savennières es un impresionante ático de un dormitorio en nuestro exclusivo edificio, situado en la encantadora plaza Place Dauphine. Ubicado en el corazón de la ciudad, en la Ile de la Cité, la Place Dauphine fue construida en 1610 a pedido de Kind Henri IV. Durante su estadía, estará rodeado de historia mientras disfruta de todas las comodidades modernas. Remodelado minuciosamente por Paris Perfect, el edificio ahora cuenta con 21 comodidades y detalles que incluyen un moderno ascensor y aire acondicionado con las cerraduras digitales de mayor seguridad.

EL APARTAMENTO
Ubicado en el quinto y sexto piso, el ático Savennières de una habitación cuenta con una cómoda cama queen, baño privado, tocador y una cocina totalmente equipada. Disfruta de una cena romántica en tu casa lejos de casa o acurrúcate, abre una botella de vino francés y disfruta de la impresionante vista desde el hermoso balcón con impresionantes vistas del horizonte de París, incluidas las torres de Notre Dame y la aguja de Saint Chapelle

El ático se divide en dos plantas con una escalera interna que conduce desde el dormitorio y el baño en el quinto piso hasta la sala de estar, cocina, tocador y balcón en el sexto piso. Si bien los escalones están bien iluminados y son más anchos de lo habitual para las escaleras en Francia, no se recomienda para personas con limitaciones de movilidad.

LA LOCACIÓN
Justo afuera de su puerta se encuentra uno de los lugares secretos más codiciados de París, la hermosa Place Dauphine. La plaza está bordeada de edificios históricos de principios del siglo XVII y está llena de árboles y algunos bancos perfectamente ubicados para sentarse y disfrutar del ambiente. También es un lugar popular para que los locales jueguen un juego de petanca, que puedes disfrutar viendo en la plaza o simplemente escuchar el tintineo suave de las bolas de acero utilizadas en el juego tradicional francés desde tu ventana. El área también es popular entre los abogados que trabajan cerca en el Palacio de Justicia, por lo que hay excelentes cafés y restaurantes para disfrutar.

Alojarse en la Ile de la Cité te sitúa en el centro de París; ¡incluso se llama "Kilómetro Cero"! Estás a una corta distancia a pie de los mejores lugares de interés, museos, centros comerciales y los mejores vecindarios para explorar. Wonderful location, in walking distance to many of the top Paris sights, and close to public transit for the more distant locations. The balcony has a lovely view of the square with a handful of dining options.The apartment had everything we needed with heating (winter visit), clothes washer/dryer, a well-appointed kitchen, compact refrigerator, and dishwasher. It is a cozy space (most Parisian apartments are intimate): other reviews have noted the square footage and steep stairs.

Excepcional place to experience Paris. Walking distance from the most interesting touristic venues and with Metro station very close. The balcony is charming and kitchen is very well equipped. Will get back on future trips to Paris.

Wonderful Anniversary in Paris

We considered several hotels initially, but when we saw this two level apartment on VRBO, it quickly exceeded our expectations! Perfectly located in the center of Paris and in an area safe and walkable to many great arrondondissements. Each room was comfortable and well appointed and having 2 bathrooms was a terrific benefit. Nicole, the property manager, was wonderful and responsive and the fresh baguette every day was really a yummy surprise! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could hope for including a small clothes washer and dryer combo. The balcony offers a nice, quiet view. While the location was walkable to the Metro, we used Uber exclusively (just a personal choice). It was very easy for Uber to find us and drop us off in this location and Uber was always readily available. As for the bed, it was very large and very comfortable as were the pillows. There was even creative storage solutions where the bed lifts up to reveal extra storage options and pillows. The light switches took a few attempts to figure out what they control, but we figured it out soon enough. Thankfully there was a lift in the building that worked perfectly. This was important since this apartment occupies the top two floors of the building. If there were neighbors, we did not hear them at all. Overall, I would definitely rent this apartment again!

Great Views - Central Location

Descriptions are accurate; lovely pied-a-terre in central Paris. The stairs to 2nd floor are steep but easily manageable with handrail. Easy to get to Metro; loved that baguettes are delivered to building daily. Added benefit is that luggage can be dropped off early, before check-in.

Could not be better, tho one caution…

Everything about the place (almost) is perfect, including the details of the place and the communications with management, which is always a relief. The only caution is that the internal stair from the entry level (where the bedroom is) to the main living area requires some caution as you go up and down. It has a curve which requires a little agility. If you’re sure-footed, good eyesight, no problem. If you’re a bit rickety, much caution required. We loved the place and we loved the location. Every detail about the place and the process is perfect, nicely thought out.

A perfect romantic getaway!

From the moment we arrived in Paris we had someone waiting to greet up at the apartment. The location was an easy walk from all the major tourist attractions. We sipped wine overlooking the busy but quaint courtyard on the balcony on the top floor while we could see both the Louvre and Notre Damme. There was a fresh bread delivery every morning for us downstairs, and three restaurants and a cafe to choose from for breakfast or a nice late drink. This listing has all you can ask for for a couple!

Incredible location

This apartment's central location is its best feature. Being right on the central Isle de la Cité, we could have a Left Bank experience or a Right Bank experience, depending on our mood. The apartment itself is cozy and perfect for two people. (It would be crowded with more than two people.) They've made great use of the space, ingeniously tucking in everything a traveler needs. Little dishwasher, check. Washer/dryer, check. Extra comforters and pillows, stowed under the bed. Shower gel, lotion, shampoo, check. Laundry and dish soap, garbage bags, coffee filters, salt & pepper, check. The apartment also has two smart TVs and good Wi-Fi. We came to love this little apartment. The balcony is a special feature; it's too bad it was a cold and rainy December when we visited. From the balcony, we could see the top of Notre Dame to the right, and the Louvre to the left. If it had been nice, we would have been out there constantly. The stairs in this two-floor apartment are steep and winding, so trust them when they say this apartment is not a good option for people with mobility problems. But there is an elevator that takes you up to this sixth-floor apartment. We appreciated being able to use the locked luggage closet off the lobby to stow our bags on our last day, after we checked out. The management company, Paris Perfect, does a great job of communicating beforehand, greeting you when you arrive, and providing tips on restaurants and other things you might need.

“The Savennieres apartment was spectacular in all aspects. The location, beautiful terrace and wonderful living space provided an excellent home base for us as we explored the rest of Paris. We were always drawn back to the tranquil Place Dauphine where we could enjoy wine and cheese on the terrace and watch the many games of petanque taking place in the square. Could not ask for a more perfect Paris apartment.”

The absolutely best location in all of Paris. Balcony overlooking the square is charming and we had coffee and baguette there in the morning and wine and cheese in the evening. Very quiet. Bed was great and Paris Perfect couldn’t have been better. They were superior to any hotel concierge. Will definitely go back.

Great apartment - real Parisian experience.

Super clean, well-equipped and comfortable apartment with high balcony looking down on the treetops on Place Dauphine. Great location: bigger shops a few minutes walk one way, boutiques and great cafes a few minutes walk the other way, very close to the Louvre, Notre Dame, the Seine. The apartment had one bedroom and bathroom and another loo downstairs, and a big sofabed, kitchen and dining area upstairs. Comfy beds. Everything you could need - dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, little treats on arrival - cakes and wine, juice and coffee, bread every day. Plenty of info provided, and quick response to any question. Felt like an ideal mix of home and hotel - no sense that someone else was living there, but much more homely than a hotel. Great to be able to prepare some meals in - supermarkets not far - but places to eat within just a few steps in the Place itself. Ate at the vegan/vegetarian Paradis Maguerite and went to a great cafe bar Monterverdi - talented lady singer pianist on Saturday night. Lots of other cafes and bars from the cool to the posh - all walking distance. Obviously tourists around but once back at Place Dauphine felt like a local! Highly recommend.

Great location, good condition although some what smaller than expected

Location is amazing, property is in good shape having been fully renovated a couple years back. Shower tiles could use a bit of grout work in a few places but nothing too terrible. The unit had everything needed from a kitchen standpoint including fresh baguettes delivered daily. Appliances were in great shape. Rooms were a little smaller than imagined but fine. This unit is on the top floor with the only real balcony in the building and great views of the charming square below. Recommended

“We have been staying in Paris for the past 20 years and the Savennieres apartment was by far the best apartment we have stayed in. We love the location right in the heart of the city and it is so easy to get to all the places we love - Luxembourg Gardens, St. Germain, Marais, Bastille, St. Honore and most of all the Tuileries and the Seine. We enjoyed the terrace and the view is spectacular as the sun sets over the Place Dauphine and the Palais de Justice. The apartment is nice and cozy and the very well maintained with all the amenities that you would need. We will definitely be back and the lovely fresh french baguette daily was a real treat. ”

'Perfect' Paris Perfect!

“This little apartment was a gem. Paris Perfect really think of absolutely everything that you might need in an apartment. The location was lovely with a great view over the Place Dauphine. The entrance reception hall is beautifully appointed and fresh baguettes were delivered daily which was great as you could have a bite to eat without having to head out to the Boulangerie if you didn't feel like it. We loved the Savennieres apartment, it was perfect for sharing. The location was great, very quiet and convenient. The small restaurants in Place Dauphine were lovely. Nice love nest for physically fit couple. Bedroom and bathroom are nice. WC on same floor more useful than you would expect. Kitchen upstairs is small but very modern. Narrow stairs up to kitchen require care to use. Stayed in January but apartment was nice and warm. Great location at tip of Ile de la Cite right next to the Pont Neuf. Greeter thoroughly briefed us and made us feel welcome. Next to several subway stops.

We loved the Savennieres Apartment!

We loved the Savennieres Apartment. It is spread out over two floors on the 5th and 6th Floor. The living room is under the roof with pretty beams, two large windows and a killer balcony. The place is perfect for a couple wanting to escape. It is small, but feels open with the high ceilings upstairs and the outdoor space is rewarding for relaxing with a glass of wine or having breakfast. Everything is very functional, top notch appliances, cabinetry, furniture, craftsmanship. Love love the grand chandelier in the living room reflecting in the antique mirror. The bedroom downstairs features very comfortable bed. Also ample storage space, important to note when you are trying to figure out where to put your big suit case. There is a small bathroom build under the stairs, on suite which is charming, and an additional half bath great for a couple getting ready at the same time. The shower is great with awesome pressure for ladies with long hair. There is a Bose speaker that connects to your phone via Bluetooth to listen to Music. We did not try the TV, as we were out and about most time. The Paris Perfect team were fabulous. No problem connecting with the greeter. We also booked several tours and had a fantastic time and had excellent follow up from the team. There was security downstairs in the lobby. I believe Paris Perfect has a genuine interest that the stay of their clients in Paris is of high quality and the experience of life long memories. We also used Uber for several rides in Paris for the first time and found it very easy and user friendly. The location of this apartment is perfect and one of the best in Paris. Just lovely! Oasis of Peace

This was a beautiful apartment, an oasis of peace in the middle of a busy city. we looked forward to returning here every night! coffee in the morning and night caps in the evening on little balcony overlooking the square. watched the people walk their dogs and play bocci ball, felt more like being part of a community than being at a tourist hotel. The bed, pillows, sheets and towels were all first class. Dishwasher, elevator, and washer/dryer all worked. We definitely felt safe and well cared for during our stay and hope to return again to this apartment -- I'm now considering it "our apartment in Paris." Highly recommend.

Lined with buildings from the early 1600s, the square is full of trees and dotted with benches that are the perfect spot to sit and take in the historic setting. A popular spot with locals for a game of pétanque, you'll even hear the click of steel balls used in this traditional French game. Surrounding Place Dauphine are excellent cafés and restaurants that are popular with lawyers working at the nearby Palais de Justice, which means the quality is excellent!
