“La Petite Auberge” is a comfortable, recently-built detached house set back from a winegrowing village with breathtaking views of the Corbières mountains, in the heart of Cathar country in the Aude department, equidistant between Narbonne and Carcassonne ... The building was designed from the outset as a vacation rental property. It comprises a large first floor with, on one side, 3 adjoining but non-communicating bedrooms, each with its own entrance and shower room. In the middle, a large, fully equipped kitchen/dining room. And on the other side, a unit consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with twin beds (or baby cots), a bathroom with walk-in shower, and a living room that can also be converted into a bedroom for 2 additional people. All these rooms open directly onto a covered terrace, part of which has been converted into a veranda, the other side opening directly unto the pool and garden!
In addition, upstairs are 2 independent apartments: each with 2 bedrooms, a shower room, a living room with fitted kitchen and a large terrace overlooking the garden and swimming pool. (See our ad numbers 1880220 and 1880229).
There's plenty of parking space, you can recharge your electric vehicle and the garden even has a sandy area to play boccia! The house is equipped with reversible air-conditioning: just as pleasant in winter as in summer - and internet access is available free of charge via WIFI. (fibre optic + repeaters).
The complex sleeps a total of 24 people plus an extra 2 babies in cots. You can rent the whole complex or just the first floor, and one of the apartments to suit your needs.
(The owners also live on site, but in their own house: they are available if needed - but always remain as discreet as possible!)
Our pricing policy is based on a rate of €30/person/night - throughout the year. The difference between this amount and the quote offered by Abritel represents the various charges added by the booking platform. Please note that in July and August, we apply a flat rate for the exclusivity of the house of € 3,000/week - regardless of the number of people. Unfortunately, the Abritel software is not yet able to calculate this correctly. If in doubt, please come back to us, the owners, so that we can revise the quote manually before you book!
