Apartment on the second floor of a small 2-story complex with a private pine grove, located about 100mt from the pedestrian center. The apartment is arranged over two levels: the lower floor features a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower, and a terrace. Upstairs, accessible via an internal staircase, there is a double bedroom and an additional terrace. Amenities include TV and a covered parking space. Please note that the apartment does not have air conditioning. Beach distance: 300mt. °Final cleaning is not included in the booking price (check below)
