Highlights: very comfortable bed, good towels, roomy kitchen and bathroom, short 5 minute drive to Galloping Goose trail. It’s a quiet, private suburban location where we slept well and explored Colwood area.

Such a lovely private quiet spot. Well appointed. Sunsets lovely. Hosts so responsive and nice. Small hiking trail across the street with an area to swim and fish. Lots of other close trails. Half hour outside of Victoria proper but easy ride there. Cooked some of my own meals there and had what I need to do that. Grocery stores nearby. Wonderful place.

A comfortable place for the wife and I. You park on the street and walk to the rear of the house but the sunset view was very pretty.

We really enjoyed this quiet and convenient home base on our 3 day trip to explore Victoria. The kitchen was well equipped. The view was lovely. The layout meant privacy between the 2 sleeping areas. I'd replace the sofa bed, however the mattress pad to use over it made it much more comfortable and I slept decently. I'd book it again and recommend it to save some money on accommodation in the city if you had a car to use.
