Apartment Yeti is a spacious apartment within Morzine’s new prestigious Residence Beau Regard, a beautifully re-imagined former hotel. Ideally located 5 minutes from Morzine’s vibrant village centre and the Super Morzine Telecabine, Yeti is situated just behind the Passerelle footbridge, overlooking the Pleney Slopes. The views from the deck and outdoor space are incredible. This may well become our most favourite summer hangout and winter hot spot!


You will have access to the whole chalet including the garage and jacuzzi. Private parking is available for 2 cars in the underground garage.

This stunning apartment blends historic charm with modern elegance, preserving a traditional facade while boasting modern contemporary interiors. Bathed in natural light, the open-plan living area offers a very comfortable retreat for groups and families with 4 spacious bedrooms, all individually designed with luxurious comfort in mind. A standout feature is the expansive outdoor terrace, accessible from the living area, offering stunning Pleney views and a private Jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation.

Yeti has a welcoming open-plan living space with a dining area and cosy seating in the lounge. There is an XL flat screen Smart TV with Netflix, UK and French TV channels, Bose Speaker, and Games Console. A modern kitchen with breakfast bar caters well for families and groups - there is also a separate dining space with large table and plenty of seating for 8-10 people.

The apartment has four double bedrooms. The Master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower. Two additional double bedrooms share a bathroom and a large private balcony. The 4th double bedroom comes with its own en-suite and has access to the large south facing balcony. Each room is thoughtfully positioned to maximise space and light.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a boot room with boot dryers, a large garage with secure Bike Storage, and parking for 2 cars.

There is free parking outside of the chalet and also a covered parking space in an underground secure garage. In addition there is a free shuttle bus on the road outside and don't forget, you are a very short walk from the town centre of Morzine.

Private Ski Shuttles to the slopes: Make use of our Slope Transfer Service. This is a private pickup and drop-off service direct from your accommodation to the Prodains (for Avoriaz), Pleney, Nyon or Super Morzine lifts.
