Guests will have access to the whole apartment and the private underground double garage (height limit 2m) for parking 2 cars and place to store bikes.

Situated in one of Morzine's newest apartment developments Residence Echo du Pleney, Apartment Les Echos is in a fabulous location just next to the roundabout for the Super Morzine Telecabine. Only a few steps away from the Super Morzine ski lift and only 5 minutes walk to the Pleney telecabine. It offers a great location and good value for couples and families, close enough to stumble home but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor and has a prominent corner position with large balcony overlooking the Pointe De Nyon and the Pointe De Ressachaux.

Apartment Les Echos has a great sized large and spacious lounge with lots of windows and plenty of light. Beautiful seating and a large L shaped sofa are centred around great views of the mountains with plenty of space for 6 / 7 people. There is a large dining table next to a well equipped kitchen which features an island with bar stools, perfect for perching for your morning coffee and breakfast before you hit the slopes and great for evening Aperos.

The open plan kitchen features all mod cons including a dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine. There is also a separate Utility space with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is the usual Bluetooth speaker and large flatscreen TV with UK and French TV, Netflix and Free WiFi. There is also ski and boot storage in the private garage with boot dryers in the underground car park, which is great for storage of Mountain Bikes and/or parking for two cars. There is an electric car charging point too.

Apartment Les Echos has a fabulous indoor-outdoor space - the balcony has a covered wide and spacious area with outdoor seating and an extra swing chair, perfectly positioned for those awesome views. There are 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
