The pool area behind the building was damaged in 2022 by a hurricane and it is currently being rebuilt. The pool area should be completed by the fall of 2026. There is still direct beach access from the building.

Satellite Beach is an hour's drive from Orlando. Wake up on the beach and enjoy attractions and theme parks the same day. The Port of Cape Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center and Spaceport USA are approximately 30 minutes away.
