Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

The views are second to none from this spectacular unit with large windows in the living and dining rooms offer stunning ocean views. This spacious, direct oceanfront, ground floor corner unit has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The heated oceanfront pool is steps away along with convenient access to the beach.

The unit is also stocked with beach accessories for your enjoyment, including beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, toys, towels and a cooler. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, large plasma TV and a beautiful view of the ocean. The second bedroom has a double and twin bed. There is free high speed wireless internet so you can remain fully connected (if you wish).

Enjoy all the amenities you want right on site including two washers and dryers located on the 3rd and 4th floor, two BBQ stations, two fenced dog parks, bocce ball, shuffleboard, fitness room overlooking the pool and Ocean, and heated pool. The building is conveniently located only 20 minutes from Melbourne International Airport, an hour from Orlando International Airport and 15 minutes South of Cocoa Beach.

Everything you need is conveniently located close by including a large Publix (grocery store) and movie theater right across the street. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants located within a short drive.

Important Accessibility Information: While the building has an elevator, please note that units 214, 215, 216, 217, 229, 230, and 231 are split-level with stairs inside. Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware that there is no elevator access to the bedrooms, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure you have all the necessary details before booking.
