Villa SMILJANA - large private pool, sea view

- Villa Smiljana - in Milna, Brač island - is a beautifully newly furnished spacious property (338 m2) with a modern design, large private pool and fabulous views. It has 2 floors, large living room, kitchen and a dining area, 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each room has air conditioning. Outside you have sun loungers, outdoor kitchen with a grill, large patio and an outdoor shower. Beach is on a 600 meters distance. There is private parking for up to 4 cars.

The space

The exterior consists of a private swimming pool (9m x 4.4m) with hydro-massage system, sun loungers, outdoor shower, covered outdoor dining area, traditional grill with extended cooking area. The entire property is fenced and has a private parking space for 4 cars + 1 garage space.

The ground floor of Villa Smiljana is fully air conditioned and offers an open concept living/dining area with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors leading you directly to the pool area. There is also a fully equipped and modern kitchen with all the necessary facilities, a large dining room for 8 people, a fireplace, and a spacious living room. There is also a family bathroom with a shower. In the hallway you also have a laundry room with a washing machine and ironing equipment.

The first floor of Villa Smiljana has 4 fully air-conditioned bedrooms:
First bedroom (30m2) has a double bed 180cm x 200cm, private bathroom with bathtub, shower, terrace (26m2) with 2 deckchairs, overlooking the sea and pool.
Second bedroom (25m2) has a double bed 160cm x 200cm, private bathroom with shower, view of the pool.
Third bedroom (25m2) has a double bed 160cm x 200cm, private bathroom a with shower, view of the pool.
Fourth bedroom (30m2) has a double bed 180cm x 200cm, private bathroom with a shower, view of the pool, the sea and the village.

Guest access

Everything that is shown on pictures is at your disposal, available only for you as our guests. This luxurious villa is rented only as a complete unit so your group / family will have private access to all inner and outer spaces of the villa.

Per request, it's possible to organize speedboat transfer from Split airport directly to the villa or a taxi transfer airport -> Split port -> Supetar -> Villa.
Upon request, chef's service can be organized as well.

Reservations should be from weekend to weekend in July and August. If you have a different arrangement in mind, message us beforehand to check.

Other things to note
Quiet hours are between 23:30h-8:00h (general house rules in Croatia regarding the outside noise), so that applies to villas as well.

Due to some bad experiences in the past, young groups of friends under 23 years old are not allowed.

We know, plans can change. We aim to be flexible. If you cancel, 50% refund applies, with the possibility of a higher refund or a voucher for future use.

There is a market for groceries, drinks & food only 600 meters away. Restaurant is 400 meters away. Supetar (main Brač port) is on a 20 minute drive distance.

There is a discount if you make a reservation for 14 nights or more.
