The Sommerwiese apartment building, newly built in 2021, offers a total of four holiday apartments and is ideal for relaxing days in a quiet location. The holiday apartment, located on the ground floor on the right, features a south-facing terrace and an adjoining garden. Garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue are available on your terrace, allowing you to end your vacation day with a good glass of wine. Your parking space and a lockable bicycle storage area are also available outside. The spacious living and dining area features a modern, fully equipped fitted kitchen, perfect for cooking together. Books and board games are also available in the living area for a sociable evening. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed (180 cm x 200 cm) for a restful sleep. The bathroom with a shower features a built-in radio and underfloor heating. After a long bike ride or walk, you can find wonderful relaxation for your muscles in the infrared cabin. It quickly provides cozy warmth. The apartment is equipped with insect screens. Please understand that pets are generally permitted upon request, for a fee, and with our written confirmation.
