👋 Guest Access Guests have full access to the entire flat, so it’s all yours to enjoy! Our friendly team is available from 8:30 AM to 11:00 PM every day to help with anything you might need during your stay. To avoid wasting energy, heating is not provided from May 1 through September 30. During this time, the weather is warm enough to enjoy the space comfortably without it. The flat is conveniently located within walking distance of several London Underground stations:
Hammersmith (District, Piccadilly, Circle & Hammersmith & City lines) – ~17-minute walk
West Kensington (District line) – ~20-minute walk
This makes it easy to explore all of London, from the West End to the Thames! Plus, with public transport right nearby, you’ll have quick access to all the major attractions. To avoid wasting energy, heating is not provided from May 1 through September 30. During this time, the weather is warm enough to enjoy the space comfortably without it. Thank you for being mindful of our planet! This application allows you to find car parking places at a competitive rates. You would require to provide ID 🆔 for every person over 18+ staying in our apartment if the host requests it. It does require payment of a security deposit 💷 before check-in, which will be refundable by the end of your stay within 30 working days. The security deposit amount is £1000 British Pound (GBP). We will provide you with details for the security deposit. Please note that if we receive less than £1000 British Pound (GBP) due to foreign exchange rates 💱 or transfer fees (using third-party platform Stripe/PayPal), we will return the deposit based on the amount we have received and will not cover costs for any foreign exchange rates or transfer fees. ⚠️. Please don’t smoke in our apartment or use drugs 🚫 in the apartment or communal areas. Any use or possession of illegal substances will result in eviction and legal action ⚖️It’s not allowed by UK law ⚖️, and it affects our neighbors 😷 If we discover smoking in the apartment, there will be a fine of £1000 💸. If you smoke outside, please don’t smoke directly outside the building; make sure to be a few meters away to prevent smoke from coming inside 🚷. Also, please dispose of your cigarettes properly when finished 🗑️.
Check-out time is at 10 AM ⏰. If our cleaning assistant arrives and guests are still in the apartment, additional time compensation will be required for the cleaner, administration, and inconvenience to the next guests checking in the same day. Each additional hour after 10 AM will cost £50 💰.
If you ask us to come and open the door for any reason, such as losing or forgetting keys inside the apartment 🔑, it will cost £200 for our time and resources. If you forget any belongings after your stay and request our assistance in coordinating with the next guest to provide access and return your items, an additional fee of £500 💷 will be charged to cover our time and resources ⏰. The apartment is available for business people/overseas visitors/short term (maximum of 90 days availability for the year). Management accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, either during or after your stay. Furthermore, management shall not be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur on the property at any time.
