A separate office room is available for quiet working with a desk, chair and lamp.
A brand new conservatory with a dining table, 4 chairs, and a bench which provides access to a 100-foot garden.
The bathroom has a Shower over the bath, and is equipped with toiletries.
The utility room has a washing machine, dryer, storage and additional worktop space.
Superfast WIFI up to 900 mbps is provided.
Free parking for 2 vehicles on the driveway and unrestricted on street parking.
