Bis ins Detail modern und stylish designtes Apartment in einem Neubau mit einfacher Küche, ausreichend Stauraum, großes Bad, toller Ausblick auf das Meer und die dahinter liegenden Berge, großer Süd-Balkon, Klimaanlage lässt sich einfach und exakt einstellen, sehr ruhige Lage und Bauweise, Parkplatz unten im Haus (sehr selten auf La Maddalena), zwei Supermärkte in Laufweite, zu Fuß 10 min runter ins Stadtzentrum, sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Verwalter.Alles in allem eine Empfehlung!
