Residenza Vita is an exclusive, spacious, and bright design retreat located within a small residence in the picturesque village of Lenno, on the western shore of Lake Como.

The property enjoys a unique lakefront position with direct access to a private dock, offering moments of pure relaxation in the fenced garden featuring a well-kept lawn, a comfortable lounge area with sofa and armchairs, and an elegant outdoor dining area for up to 8 guests.

The outdoor kitchen, equipped with a barbecue, sink, and induction cooktop, is perfect for preparing grilled dishes and open-air dinners while admiring the breathtaking lake view.

Guests can take advantage of 1 private outdoor parking space and enjoy access to the beautiful infinity pool, shared with the three other apartments in the residence.

The pool (3 x 6 m, depth 1.4 m), open from May to the end of September, is equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs, and umbrellas, ideal for relaxing under the sun while soaking in the stunning views of the lake’s crystal-clear waters.

Internal Description

Residenza Vita is spread over one single level (ground floor) and features a private, independent entrance. It can sleep up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Included Internet Wifi. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms and mosquito nets. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Pets are not allowed.

Furnished in a modern minimalist style with carefully selected designer pieces, the apartment offers elegant, light-filled spaces where comfort meets sophistication.

The open-plan living area invites conviviality: large windows flood the space with natural light, enhancing the warm tones of the living room, appointed with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, and a tv for relaxing moments.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you might need (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and induction cooktop) and opens onto a welcoming dining area with a glass table and upholstered chairs, ideal for leisurely breakfasts or dinners with friends.

Wide French doors lead directly to the private garden, where you can enjoy an evening aperitif or breakfast while taking in the breathtaking lake view.

The sleeping area features 3 elegant double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and an ensuite bathroom with shower, designed to offer maximum comfort and privacy.

Through an internal courtyard, guests can access the laundry area (with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board), the cellar, and the private sauna (with free access) for moments of pure relaxation and well-being.
