Fields Barn

Tucked away at Higher Widemouth Farm, less than half a mile from the sea, Fields Barn is a spacious and characterful barn conversion that sleeps up to four guests.



Inside, the open-plan living area is perfect for spending time together — whether you're cooking, dining, or simply unwinding on the sofas after a day by the sea. The fully equipped kitchen makes family meals a breeze, while a mezzanine area overlooking the living space provides a great spot for reading, games, or a quiet escape with a good book. There are two comfortable bedrooms — one double and one twin — and a modern shower room with a walk-in rainfall shower.



Outside, a private small seating area at the base of the steps offers a lovely place to enjoy your morning coffee, and guests also have access to a large communal picnic area with benches, space for BBQs, and sweeping views across the valley.



A crib and high chair are available for use during your stay upon request at the time of booking.



A short stroll along the nearby bridlepath leads to Widemouth Bay, a wide sandy beach perfect for surfing, swimming, or simply enjoying the sea air. Here's a welcoming pub serving hearty meals and local ales just 500 yards away, while the South West Coast Path offers spectacular walks and sunsets right on your doorstep. The seaside town of Bude, only four miles away, provides shops, cafés, and plenty to do for all ages.
