The space
Villa Sunshine has a raised open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with and a double garage adjacent to the laundry room. In the back are two bedrooms with direct access to the pool and a large shared bathroom with bath tub and shower. On the upper floor are two other bedrooms and large one bathroom.

The outside has a large terrace with covered dining/entertainment area with bar, which is adjacent to the mango-shaped swimming pool. The garden is very well maintained with a good selection of shrubs, flowers and tropical trees.
