Holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms

The spacious holiday apartment was newly furnished in January 2020 and the upper floor also features new flooring. A beach chair is included during the summer season. This comfortable holiday apartment, approximately 66 square meters in size and spread over two floors, is located in the small fishing village of Dorum-Neufeld, directly behind the dike, in a holiday home complex only about 600 meters from the fishing harbor and the grassy beach. A bakery, a café, various restaurants, and a bicycle rental shop (among others) are also within easy walking distance. The visitor's tax, payable locally, includes, among other things, [the following] between May 1st and September 15th. Admission to the "Watt'n Bad" (Watt'n Bath) is included. On the lower level of the apartment, which features granite flooring (except for the sleeping area), you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a high chair, a double bed with a smart TV, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment also has a shower room finished in marble and granite. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, toaster, (filter) coffee machine, kettle, iron, and ironing board. A cozy balcony with a table and four chairs and a retractable awning is also part of the apartment. On the upper level, which you reach via an open staircase, you'll find a living/sleeping area with laminate flooring, two single beds, a sofa bed, a coffee table, a wardrobe, a stereo system, board games, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. The single beds can, of course, be pushed together to form a double bed. All beds have high-quality mattresses, pillows, and blankets (new in 2020).
