House rules You are staying in a friendly and peaceful neighbourhood and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbours. The following strict House Rules apply: - No loud noise between 10 pm and 8 am - No parties or antisocial behaviour - No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval - No pets are allowed in the property without approval - No smoking is allowed at any times - If you break something, please let us know - To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property - This property is equipped with an automatic fire alarm system. Apartment was great. But the washing machine is on its last legs, the dryer didnt work and the clothes rail on the balcony is falling apart. Suggest replacing all three items

Excellent stay

Excellent stay here. Perfect location for our family visiting Taronga zoo. Great little coffee shops and Woolworths close by. Really impressed with the cleanliness of the property, the quality of the appliances, bedding, toiletries etc. We had everything we could need for our stay. The only thing missing were face washers and a surface spray for the kitchen, otherwise- we were set! Thank you!

Modern and spacious unit in close proximity to shops and parks. Not as noisey as other reviews have indicated. Parking can be difficult and Tv wasn’t simple to use. Overall I would recommend this unit snd would use it again in the future.

It was okay but needed a good clean

The stay was comfortable and the apartment is filled with natural light. However the place needed a really good clean and there was no instructions on how to use any of the appliances. Lastly the lounge room furniture is old and a bit gross and needs to be updated badly.

Convenient yet inconvenient

Several days before we checked in we were sent joining instructions which included a parking link. When we clicked on the link I was shocked to learn the unit did not have on-site parking. This created a real issue for my family and I as we had our own vehicle and when we checked in we had to walk over a half a kilometre carting heavy suitcases. Also during our stay I had to keep moving my vehicle from one space to another due to timed parking restrictions. When we checked in we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the unit. We ended up buying cleaning products and had to clean the entire unit in order for it to sanitary. The only saving grace for the unit was its location and spacious interior. However we will not be staying here again.

Unacceptable No key to access property on arrival

After a delayed flight we arrived in the dark at 8pm only to find no key ! It was cold and raining and we were tired but could not contact anyone easily to get access. After about 40 minutes we were able to talk to someone? Manager? Who suggested we find somewhere else to stay for the night. Eventually we were given another apartment which only had 1 double bed for me and my 2 large adult sons. We had come to Sydney for my nieces wedding the next day and needed a good nights sleep, especially as my son had a role in the ceremony. We did not get a good nights sleep as I was the only one with a bed and my sons slept on the couch and the floor. It was a distressing start to our stay and extremely disappointing. We were given our booked unit the following day and it was clean and comfortable for the remainder of our stay. It really is not acceptable for a 65year old woman and adult men to be inconvenienced so much for a property which is in a lovely area and which we paid a significant rate for. Quite unacceptable
