Rook Hall Farm, a converted farmhouse, consists of a kitchen/diner with electric AGA cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, dining table for nine, and kitchen island breakfast bar for four, a kitchen with chef's special kitchen, oven, hob, and fridge/freezer, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room with woodburning stove and dining table and chairs for seven people, a sitting room with smart TV, two sofas, lovely picture windows, and bi-fold doors, a snug with sofa bed and TV, and a selection of books, a fitness area, a cloakroom with basin and WC, a bar room with wine cooler, and a study. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite, ground-floor king-size with en-suite, first-floor king-size with en-suite, and first-floor family room with en-suite. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed wrap-around garden with patio, lawn, climbing frame, and furniture, and ample off-road parking. Four well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. All of this awaits at Rook Hall Farm. Note: This property requires a Good Housekeeping Bond of 500 GBP.
