The dining table seats up to 6 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evenings.

The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Nantwich. There is a gas hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and washing machine.
BATHROOMS/TOILETS:
There is one family bathroom on the property which is equipped with a bath and overhead shower and sink basin with a seperate room for the toilet and an additional sink.
PARKING:
The property benefits from a garage at the back of the house which can fit 1 small car. The property also benefits from having free parking spaces directly outside the house for larger vehicles, however, these are first come, first served. This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.
*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Stays Over 10 Nights
Stays over 10 nights require additional housekeeping for an £100 extra fee per week. If unpaid, the booking will be reduced to a maximum of 10 nights.
*Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
*Check-In/Out Policy
Early check-in: £20/half hour before stated time (if not pre-approved)
