The Palais Oyena has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to six people in a neat and comfortable setting. The rooms are spacious, bright and tastefully decorated in a contemporary spirit inspired by the Moroccan style.
The main living room opens widely to the outdoor spaces, offering a beautiful continuity between interior and exterior. The terrace and private pool form a real living space, ideal for relaxing in the sun or sharing a meal outdoors. The whole is decorated with care, in natural tones and amenities designed for comfort and conviviality.
The equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals with ease, and everything has been planned to make the stay fluid and pleasant.

Everything is at your disposal in the Palais Oyena to fully enjoy your stay. You will have private access to the entire property: the bedrooms, the living room, the equipped kitchen, the terrace and the pool. The outdoor spaces, carefully arranged and decorated, are perfect for relaxing, having lunch outdoors or simply enjoying the calm and sunny climate of Marrakech. The villa is entirely dedicated to you in order to guarantee comfort, privacy and serenity throughout your stay.

The environment is composed of modern villas, gardens and open views to the horizon, offering a serene atmosphere away from the city noise.
It is an ideal location for those who wish to enjoy the best of Marrakech: the tranquility of the outdoors while remaining close to restaurants, golf courses, and main attractions. From the villa, it is easy to reach the Medina, the airport, or the Ourika valley, one of the most beautiful natural escapes in the region.
The Route of Ourika is pleasant to travel, lined with palm trees and dotted with small cafes and local restaurants. This setting combines authenticity and modern comfort, in a spirit of relaxation and gentleness.

Daily housekeeping is included. Breakfast is available for an additional €10 per person. Lunch and dinner are €25 per person per meal. A security deposit of €400 is required and will be returned upon departure.
