The property of SA FONDA
extends over 3 hectares of lush vegetation, olive trees, cacti, vines, lemon trees, agaves add to the light and peaceful charm of the place.
In the middle of this soothing oasis there is a 25 x 4 metre swimming pool, 1 pool house, 1 traditional wood-burning hammam with adjoining massage room, 1 very large kitchen from which we organise a typical catering service from local production only.

>>> The place is not air-conditioned (as explained below), the pool is not heated either in our logic to stay in Ecolodge.

The accommodation is distributed as follows:

- 4 Lodges, each composed as a large Suite of 80 m2 with 1 king size bed + (up to) 2-3 single beds, en-suite bathroom & toilet.

- A 5th new Lodge consisting of 3 Suites, each with 1 king size bed, en-suite bathroom & toilet.
This lodge also has a private infinity pool.

This makes us a total of 15 beds on 7 separate rooms.

These lodges are all equipped with a roof terrace, offering a breathtaking 360° view of the Atlas Mountains and the Agafay Desert. The starry nights are also stunning, as the estate is far from any visual pollution.

Established for years in Morocco, we will be able to guide you if you wish, we will ensure a permanent but discreet presence in order to answer your questions and needs. SA FONDA offers a selection of services:

Ecolodge, because we have tried to respect our environment as much as possible through the choice of materials used for the construction, and thus provide accommodation that meets the needs of insulation through a reasoned ecology, avoiding the need to air condition the place.
We are also committed to making the best use of solar resources and we will ask you to take care during your stay to avoid any waste, whether it is with regard to unnecessary electricity consumption or the proper use of another precious resource which is water, an element so essential in our very arid regions.
We also participate in the local economy by buying most of our food from Tamesloht or nearby, and employing people living here.

In order to comply with the requirements of local laws regarding couples,
it is strictly forbidden to invite Moroccan nationals to the property, in fact you should know that only marriage contracts offer the right to share the same roof with them.
We will therefore ask for all the necessary supporting documents in the event that some of you are from Morocco, otherwise we will not be able to welcome you.

Although the property is vast of 3 hectares and in the middle of the countryside of Marrakech, we have neighbors nearby,
Also for the parties and events that may take place at SA FONDA during your stay, we ask you to make sure that the volume is reasonable and, even more, after a certain time.
