This Adults-Only property ensures a peaceful and refined atmosphere, welcoming guests aged 17 and above. There is no security deposit required for bookings.



Guests benefit from direct private access to stunning flat rock formations that lead into crystal-clear waters—perfect for leisurely swims and sunbathing. The suite is fully air-conditioned, with the added benefit of a ceiling fan and the gentle northern sea breeze, locally known as the meltemi, which enhances the natural freshness of the space.



Located within a unique seafront complex designed by a renowned Greek architectural firm, the property consists of two houses and six suites, all sharing a deep respect for local tradition while offering contemporary comfort. The complex includes a beautiful dark blue communal pool with an integrated jacuzzi, cleaned daily and maintained using environmentally friendly salt electrolysis—greatly enhancing water quality while reducing the use of chemicals by 80%.



The suite includes a private entrance, a well-equipped kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, heating, essential amenities, and a washing machine and dryer. Free parking is available on the premises. Guests are kindly reminded that smoking, parties, and events are not permitted, and the suite is not suitable for children.



Daily housekeeping service is provided, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment throughout your stay. Pets are welcome upon prior arrangement.
