3 bed Oak Beamed Country House with Sauna and Indoor Heated Pool

Beautiful oak-beamed country house with 3 bedrooms, 1 en suite. Huge kitchen/Dining room, large TV room, and a large garden. An alfresco eating area with a large BBQ. Traditional Swedish Sauna exclusively for your use. You also get 2- 4 hrs per-day (depending on your check-in and checkout) use of a fabulous heated indoor pool. Please refer to the Pool timetable in the information. You will be staying in a large house. Please note only the rooms mentioned above will be unlocked for your use. The other rooms and areas will be locked.

Parking for the property is outside the main house. Please leave enough space for other vehicles to pass.
Please stick to the timeslots for pool usage. The timetable is attached. Please keep doors closed as the area is heated, and strictly no food or drink in the pool area.
The garden outside the main house is for your use.
Please check out by 10 pm, so we can clean the place for the next guests. If
possible, please put out the rubbish in the bins, strip the linen, and leave with
the towels on the bed.
Sauna: to use the sauna, please turn one of the dials to max, and the other to number 4. It takes around 20-20 mins for it to reach the right temperature. Please ensure the door is firmly closed before operating. When finished, please turn the dials back. No food or drink in the sauna, and please do not use too much water in the heater.
For heating please turn on radiators as required.
Please note there is an unfenced pond on the grounds.
The nearest town is Diss, where you will find Tesco, Morrisons and other shops and restaurants. The nearest small shop is opposite Banham Zoo and is open till 9 pm. There are many pubs locally, the closest being The Crown in Gissing and The Greyhound in Tibenham. Norwich with a bigger selection is around 30 mins drive.
