Sandy Neuk began its life as a fisherman’s cottage. It has since been transformed into a coastal getaway, offering the ultimate self-catering experience. Perfectly positioned on the shoreline, it boasts breathtaking, uninterrupted sea views stretching across to the Kingdom of Fife. With access to the golden sands of West Beach via a private gate, guests can step straight from the comfort of their home into the beauty of the beach beyond.
You couldn’t be better placed to enjoy everything this seaside town has to offer, and you’ll find an abundance of independent shops, restaurants, cafes, and quirky boutiques, as well as household names.
Livingroom
A warm and inviting living room with plush sofas, a cosy stove-style gas fire, and a flat-screen TV - all centred around a beautiful bay window that perfectly frames the views of the beach and harbour.
Kitchen
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for a relaxed self-catering stay, including a dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, and oven. A charming country-style dining table provides the perfect spot to enjoy home-cooked meals for 6 guests, while a delightful window seat offers a snug place to relax.
Bedrooms
Choose from three beautifully appointed double bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. Two of the rooms overlook the bay - one featuring a king size bed and the other twin beds - while the third twin bedroom enjoys a peaceful outlook over a quiet square with views of The Law.
Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding in our properties.
Bathroom
The family bathroom includes both a bath and an over-the-bath shower. A separate toilet adds extra convenience - ideal for busy family stays.
Parking /Outside Space
Sandy Neuk benefits from one private parking space and private direct access to the beach.
General
Central heating, electricity, bed linens, and towels are included in the rental.
Complimentary WiFi is provided throughout the apartment.

To make a booking, you can book directly through this site. All you need to do is select your dates and the number of guests. The price will be calculated for you. You are required to pay a 20% deposit payment with a minimum payment of £150.00 or higher, which secures the property. This payment is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Then, 42 days prior to your arrival date, the balance will be payable with a separate refundable damage deposit of £150.00 due 7 days before your arrival date. Your refundable damage deposit will be held until you depart and then automatically refunded back onto your card within the week after you depart

Front door opens onto a long hallway. All rooms are on the ground floor level. The sitting room and two bedrooms overlook the beach. The kitchen and 3rd bedroom look out over a courtyard. The family bathroom is in the centre of the property, and a separate toilet is at the end of the hall.
