The villa features 4 elegant double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms across three thoughtfully designed floors, ensuring both convenience and tranquility. On the ground floor, a separate bedroom with en-suite bathroom provides privacy and easy access for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Step outside to your private swimming pool, complemented by an outdoor shower, a cozy dining area, and a built-in barbecue—all within a fully fenced plot for complete privacy.



The main floor is the heart of the villa, with a fully equipped kitchen, a bright and airy living room, and a large terrace where you can enjoy breakfast, dinner, or simply soak in the views. Two more double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, ensure comfort for all guests.



On the top floor, the suite features a private bathroom and an exclusive chill-out terrace, perfect for sunbathing, relaxing, or enjoying quiet evenings under the Mallorcan sky. All bedrooms are air-conditioned during scheduled hours (2 pm – 4 pm and 8 pm – 8 am), ensuring cool comfort throughout your stay.

Information to note:



In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 fee will be charged for waste management.



Guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
