Villa Casa Blanca Carbo para seis personas con piscina

Villa Casa Blanca Carbo disfruta de una ubicación única, justo encima de la virgen Cala San Vicente. Esta villa encalada ofrece vistas panorámicas espectaculares al mar, así como amplias terrazas para una emocionante vida al aire libre para hasta 6 huéspedes. La atractiva piscina privada de forma de riñón es el lugar perfecto para relajantes horas bajo el sol.



La entrada de la villa conduce a un pasillo con puertas a ambos lados, una de las cuales es un pequeño dormitorio con literas. Junto a este hay un cuarto de baño familiar con ducha. También hay un dormitorio de dos camas y un dormitorio principal. Todos los dormitorios tienen aire acondicionado. El baño familiar principal tiene una bañera de tamaño completo con ducha. La cocina está bien equipada y tiene una despensa. Desde la cocina hay una puerta que lleva al camino alrededor del lado de la villa y una pequeña terraza con puntos de observación. El comedor/salón en forma de L está decorado con gusto en tonos neutros de crema y marrones. La zona de estar comprende dos áreas de asiento, una configurada como área de TV. Grandes puertas de vidrio conducen a una terraza cubierta.



Al exterior, a través del salón, hay una terraza cubierta con una mesa de cristal y sillas para comer al aire libre y unos escalones que bajan a la piscina de forma de riñón con dos escalones semicirculares para entrar. Un poco más allá hay un primer punto de observación donde se pueden disfrutar vistas ininterrumpidas de las montañas donde terminan y comienza el mar. Desde aquí hay una vista completa de 180º. Al otro lado de la propiedad hay otra terraza de observación esta vez con asientos de banco y vistas al mar. Aquí se pueden ver pasar pequeños barcos de vela.

Aire acondicionado gratuito de 14:00 a 16:00 y de 20:00 a 08:00.

En caso de pérdida de llaves o si se dejan dentro del alojamiento, se aplicará un cargo de 50 € durante el horario de oficina y 75 € fuera de ese horario. Las nuevas llaves deberán recogerse en nuestra oficina por parte del huésped.

Spectacular

If you are looking for privacy, breath taking views and a clean spacious villa, look no further, this property is hard to beat. We loved the mix of rustic and modern, the property has all you need for your stay, so many towels and extra bedding if needed and the welcome essentials were an added bonus. The views were out of this world, you would find this place hard to beat. 100% will return Thanks to sealand villas, it was a breathe of fresh air to deal with a company who’s attention to detail from booking to the end of the stay was first class.

Stunning views, quirky villa

Views are the main theme of this villa. It is small but comfortable. A little work needed here and there.. but someone with good taste in art and decor. Enjoyed the paintings and the scenery. Road to villa scary, but to get those views, so be it! To be honest just a few little bits mending here and there, but fussy oldies will always say this & as they weren't paying for the villa, Im not bothering with their feedback. I was happy! ) Loved the cheeky visiting goats although didn't feed them. And the views... just wow. Thank you.

Sunsets, Storms & Satisfaction!

A lovely villa, in a great location with an amazing view of the mountains and out to sea. Provided the perfect base to our holiday for two couples. Private, secure and generally well equipped (see improvements), we loved the cleanliness of the villa itself, the beautiful and lush gardens and the extremely acceptably-sized pool! We particularly liked the abundance of "areas" we could choose to use depending on weather conditions and wow, were we spoiled for those. The sunsets over the mountains were incredible, as were the lighting storms over Barcelona in the far distance. Thanks also for providing a BBQ... we made full use of it!! We even had a visit from a family of goats one day which was both delightful as well as surprising!! We would absolutely not hesitate to stay again. Thank you. Nothing major but hopefully these will be considered constructive: Probably the most effective improvement would be to fix the leaking showers. Whilst fit for purpose and very good, the screen in the main bathroom and the cubicle in the smaller bathroom both allowed water to flood the floor. Secondly - these are minor improvements in the grand scheme of things - we were disappointed not to find any cooking oil or salt & pepper on arrival. Whilst we had bought food ahead of arriving (due to relatively late check in time), we did not think we'd need these items and would consider them generally "standard" provisions. If it's covid related, that's fine, but please just make people aware as there are no supermarkets within walking distance. Additionally, whilst we appreciated the dishwasher tablets, washing machine tab, bin bag and dish soap from Easy Villas, we needed more during our stay... particularly the dish soap and bin bags. For the same price, or less, I'm sure future guests would appreciate a roll or large bottle to be left in the villa. Finally, there are, for some reason, lots of keys on the chain, despite only needing one for the front gate and for the front door. I had no idea what the others were for (unfortunately none opened the gate to the drive, so we had to park outside) and one was broken. All minor comments but hopefully they will help make the villa EVEN better!

Tolle Villa auf einem Hügel.Super Blick auf Cala san Vicenc und das Meer. Die Wohnung ist geräumig. Wenn man den Eßtisch zum Fenster mit dem Blick bringt, kann man mit herrlichem Blick gemeinsam seine Speisen genießen. Der Pool ist super. War sauber und einladend.Herbstliches Wetter Ende Oktober, Pool war gut. Liegestühle nicht gebraucht. Die Küche ist akzeptabel, soweit alles da, Backofen, Mikrowelle etwas veraltet.Die 2 Schlafzimmer für 4 Personen sind prima. Leider ist das 3. mit Stockbetten. Da schläft es sich gerade zu zweit nicht gut. Schade. Das Stockbett ist wackelig.Der Weg zur Villa ist uneben, aber machbar. Das Auto braucht Bodenfreiheit, dann geht es gut. Wir hatten einen Clio und Ford Kuga.Sealand Villa antwortet schnell, freundlich, lässt sich auf SonderWünsche nicht ein.Es gibt einen Schlüssel bei 6 Personen, in einer Box aussen. Großer Fernseher, gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Toller Garten.Für 4- 5 Personen super.

Udsigten og beliggenheden var enestående

Udsigten og beliggenheden var enestående. Byen er hyggelig og du får det hele. Lokalt, restauranter, strand/,cala en meget hyggelig ligge by. Huset ude området faciliteter virker meget slidt og hegnet mod bjergsiden kunne være bedre. Lamperne i poolen sad løst, det var ikke et problem for os, men tænker mere på familier med små børn.

Finca mit viel Platz, in die Jahre gekommen

Grosszügige Parzelle und Finca, Pool mit unbezahlbarer Aussicht aufs Meer. Vor Ort ist es sehr ruhig und einladend zum Erholen. Dir Anlage mit den vielen Palmen rundherum ist wunderschön und bietet Privatsphäre Diverse Reparaturen im Haus und rundherum und generell sollte die Finca saniert werden. Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen. Hätten wir nicht reagiert, wäre z.b. der Safe nicht gegangen, der Grill unbenutzbar gewesen und der Pool sehr dreckig geblieben

De location is wonderful, the house can be much better

The location is remote which is very nice, you get there via a spectacular road up. The house is somewhat secluded and wonderfully quiet. Then the view, which is truly phenomenal. The key is easy to find via a key box at the gate. There is no light at the gate, you have to use the flashlight to open the lock at night. The beds with mattresses are fine, there is more than enough crockery and there are towels on all beds and in all cupboards. Then the house itself ... there is quite a lot to improve. On arrival, the complete toilet seat was off the toilet, there are two hooks in the bedroom without curtains, in the living room an old sofa with a cloth over it, many lights that do not work, a bedroom lamp with a hood missing, a bbq with a broken lid and a dirty pool with a lot of sand on the bottom, green edges and tiles that are missing. The shutters of the patio are very difficult to open, they slide over the outside tiles, the sliding door does not close from the inside. The second bathroom is very small. The taps are old and dingy. We were unable to get the hob on and there was no manual to be found. Before arrival we asked if there was a cup coffee machine. The answer was. No, there is a filter coffee machine. So we brought filter coffee. Upon arrival, it turns out that there is also a cup machine. The filter machine has a broken spout on the inside, so you have to be very careful because otherwise the water ends up next to the filter. The safe was unusable, we found this very annoying because the house is remote. The garden is spacious with several terraces but is poorly and messy maintained. Spiky weeds are all growing on the viewpoint terrace. On the terrace in front of the living room is a bench with a large paint stain on the side. The patio chairs at the dining table are also all starting to break. There are motion detectors with camera in both the living room and the hallway, help where is my privacy?! The plastic doors and frames on the inside of the house, among all other things, create a shabby appearance.

Finca in toller Lage mit direktem Meerblick

Sehr guter und Service vom Easyvillas-Team im Buchungsprozess / vor der Anreise. Die Finca liegt oberhalb der Cala Carbon und bietet einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Bucht und das offene Meer. Sehr schönes Grundstück mit viel Platz. Die Ausstattung der Finca ist durchschnittlich und bietet das Nötige. Die Bäder sind nicht zeitgemäß und renovierungsbedürftig. Es wäre gut im Vorwege darauf hinzuweisen, dass bei Anreise keinerlei Erstausstattung (Toilettenpapier, Seife, ...) vorhanden ist.

Die Lage war wunderschön. Herrlicher Ausblick auf die Bucht. Es war alles vorhanden was man zum täglichen Leben braucht.
