3 BR/3 BA Edgewater Beachfront Condo With Amazing Views!

Enjoy Incredible Views from our large (1700 sq ft) third floor condo with wrap-around balcony. If this unit is not available for your preferred dates, have a look at our other unit right across the way - VRBO #895991.

The entire front wall of the large living and dining areas feature floor-to-ceiling windows while four sliders allow balcony access from the living room, dining room, master bedroom and second guest bedroom making you feel like you are ON the beach!

Whatever you love most about beach life - the sunrise, sunsets, observing the dolphins & birds, gazing at the waves, or watching the folks down on the beach, you have a front row seat! Our condo is on the third floor of a midrise building (no waiting for elevators!), with plenty of convenient parking, is closest to the water and just steps away from beach access and all the great amenities that Edgewater has to offer.

Our large living room opens to the dining room and kitchen/bar area with granite counter tops providing an ideal entertaining area. Enjoy watching movies on our 60' flat screen TV with lots of seating for the entire family. All three bedroom suites feature luxury bedding & linens, casually elegant decor, flat screen TVs and private bathrooms, perfect when everyone is getting ready for a night on the town after a great day at the beach and pools!

Wonderful place, we would definitely stay again. Owner was very responsive to any questions I had. Condo was just as described. If I had to nit pick I would say the only two things that could be improved is the water pressure on the master bathroom sink (knobs turned full on and it's a little more than a trickle) and the master bedroom TV is so tiny. It made it difficult to watch tv. Other than that everything was perfect. We had a great vacation.

We have owned a unit in Tower II for over 30 years. We love it so much that we decided to purchase another unit - right across the way! Panama City Beach, and Edgewater in particular, is such a great vacation destination we wanted to share it with others.

The HUGE wraparound balcony has incredible views of the ocean, and is just steps away from the beach. The view from this unit is amazing.
