Este condominio cuenta con impresionantes vistas de la playa y puestas del sol. Ubicado en el 8 ° piso de la Torre 2. Cuenta con 2 grandes MB con un rey en cada uno. La tercera BR tiene 2 camas grandes. También hay un sofá cama doble en el LR. El condominio es 1847 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable. Cada BR tiene su propio cuarto de baño recién actualizado. Ofrecemos conexión Wi-Fi y TV por cable. Cada BR tiene un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana, así como el LR. Todos son montados en la pared para facilitar la visualización. La cocina está completamente equipada para todas sus necesidades de cocción. El condominio tiene una lavadora / secadora completa. Todas las ropa de cama están amuebladas, así como toallas de baño y cocina. Por favor, traiga sus propias toallas de playa. Edgewater cuenta con 11 piscinas en total ofrecen el 11,500 pies cuadrados piscina Laguna. 4 bañeras de hidromasaje. Frente a la playa restaurante, Pizza Hut, Edgies tienda de parada rápida con Starbucks, Par 3 Golf Course, tenis, cancha de baloncesto, gimnasio. Best stay!

We have been staying in this condo for a few years now. We absolutely love it. Trina is super friendly and so wonderful to work with. Condo is always so clean and organized. You can’t beat the porch and the views. It is always a great experience!

Great stay great view

Very nice condo with wrap around porch providing a great view of the ocean and the sunset. Very comfortable, quiet, with all the things you need for a great stay. Would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful condo!

This was our second year staying at this condo and we absolutely love it! It is very clean, spacious, and you can’t beat the deck with the beautiful view of the beach. Highly recommend!

Great family vacation

Trina was great to work with and condo was perfect for our family. Edgewater has been our favorite go to place for over 30 years. Would definitely contact Trina again.

Race Weekend

The condo was clean, spacious, and it has a well laid out open floor plan. Fantastic beach view with wrap around balcony. Plenty of space for a group of six without feeling crowded.

Simply amazing!

Wow what an amazing stay! The place is beautiful, spacious, and has every little thing you need. Trina was very accommodating through the whole process. Parking and elevators much better than other properties. Can’t wait to go back again soon! Don’t miss this property if it’s available!

Very nice floor plan and Decor

We loved the floor plan with the wrap around balcony. The views are spectacular. The bedrooms were very spacious, especially the two master bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. All appliances worked and were very nice. We had plenty of space for our fairly large family.

Perfect week on the Gulf!

If you don’t book with Trina, you’re definitely going to miss out. The condo was beautiful and well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. There were also beach chairs and sand toys in the room as well. We all wished we could’ve stayed there for a while longer. We plan on booking with Trina again in the future. Beautiful condo

The condo was stunning. Everything was super clean, organized, well stocked, and just so much space for my family. You absolutely cannot beat the views from the balcony. After our first night, we went ahead and booked again for next year! So happy we decided to try out a new condo this year. Trina was so friendly and amazing at communicating with us. Can't recommend this condo enough! You won't regret it.

We absolutely had a wonderful time and the condo is beautiful! The only thing we missed having was a pantry to store our food and paper towels. We had to leave all our food on the counters. The kitchen cabinets were well stocked with everything you need. No empty cabinets to store food though. Since it is a corner unit you get great views of the ocean and the main road out front. Very pretty at night! Will definitely stay here again!

Extra Special

Had a little apprehension about traveling due to COVID but we played it extra safe. We have been coming to the Edgewater since 1986 and really love all the amenities. We ate at the on-site Oceans quite often since we didn’t feel comfortable going out to dinner. Condo was exactly like the pictures show. Trina was very responsive through the whole process. Thanks to you we have some family memories that we will talk about for years to come.

Great Property

This was a very nice property. The food at the restaurant was excellent and I loved having beach service available to order food to be brought to our beach chairs. The unit was roomy and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and I was pleasantly surprised with good knives and a knife sharpener and other essentials. Lots of bath towels for guests some beach towels, a couple of beach chairs & some beach toys. Beds were comfortable & roomy showers. Loved the wrap around porch, although much of the time we were there it was windy so we didn't get as much use of it as we might have, though the part facing the ocean was great for sitting and watching sunsets. The owner was easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a roomy clean condo with beautiful views and a really nice resort in which to stay.

Beautiful and Spacious

We have been coming to PCB for 5 years now and have tried a different resort each year so I try to include details in my reviews that will be helpful. The condo itself was lovely, very clean and spacious. The balcony was big and corner overlooks pool at tower 2. My mother in law stayed in one of the king rooms and loved her direct access onto the balcony. Balcony had 4 chairs with 2 small tables and a hightop table with 2 chairs so plenty of seats for all! Kitchen had everything we needed, large refrigerator and freezer which was nice. Coffee pot, toaster and toaster oven, lots of utensils, pots, pans, etc. There was a big dining room table which we loved for playing cards. Overall, 5star condo and the resort itself was great and everything was pretty convenient to the room. Property owner is great to work with. Also elevators were great, never a long wait. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Nice place...horrible management

rental was nice...have stayed at many VRBO's. For some reason property manager asked me to text her when I arrived to get the code for the condo. Not sure why she couldn't give it to me a few days before but OK. Of course, arrived at 4:15 and after texting and calling her multiple times, and calling VRBO...she returned my text with a short apology and sad emoji. After waiting at the doorsetep for 50 MINUTES trying to get in with 4 of my guests. No trash bags in kitchen but trash was in the garage can (with no bag) Picture on website shows 6 dining room chairs..only 5 were there. Found the 6th hiding in a closet which was broken, was told "oh that broke awhile ago...needs to be fixed" Ya think? So one of the 6 guests had to sit on an end table as a chair at the dining room table. I asked for a third parking pass, (I paid for the 2nd) and she had the audacity to think I was going to pay for it. She said she would take care of it so of course when my last guest arrived the next day, it wasn't at the gate. Needless to say, I will be rethinking booking with VRBO again.

This condo was certainly one of the highlights of our family beach vacation. It is clean, spacious and has everything you need to feel like home. The location and the views simply can't be beat! Trina was so lovely to work with and was always very responsive. Hope to stay in this condo again next year!

Right on the beach

Great Condo, located on 8th floor. We had 10 in our party. Sleeping was tricky, but we had 4 couples and 3 teenagers. Elevator was busy at times. Stairs were close to unit, if you’re able to they made for faster access. Overall enjoyed our stay would rent again for just our family and it would work great.
