Welcome to a large and welcoming house in the heart of Skärhamn. This is the perfect place for a big family or two to three smaller families who want to stay close to the sea, restaurants and everything this popular coastal village has to offer. The house has three floors with four bedrooms, three toilets and two showers, as well as a conservatory and a terrace. In total there are eleven beds spread over generous and functional areas. The location is ideal for a holiday where you can leave the car, enjoy morning swims from the cliffs, stroll to the bakery for fresh bread and experience a calm atmosphere despite being close to the centre. The entrance floor offers a kitchen in an open plan, one bedroom and a laundry room with shower. On the middle floor you will find another kitchen, dining areas, a living room, access to the conservatory and the terrace. There is also an additional bedroom on this floor with two 90 cm beds. Please note the curtain between the dining room and this bedroom, see photos. The top floor has two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is social, well planned and perfect for larger groups who want both shared and private spaces. Everything you need is within walking distance including cliff bathing, sandy beaches, grocery store, restaurants and bus connections.



Things to do in Skärhamn and the surrounding area:

Skärhamn is a lively fishing village with many restaurants, small shops, harbour life and beautiful swimming spots. Within a short walk you will find Gunnersviken, a quiet cliff bathing area with views of the shipping lane. One kilometre away there is a larger beach with a jetty, diving tower and sandy beach. There are several attractions nearby suitable for both adults and children. The Nordic Watercolour Museum is only a short walk away and is one of the most popular cultural attractions in Bohuslän. Pilane Sculpture Park in Hällene offers world class art in a unique ancient landscape. From Rönnäng you can take the ferry to the car free islands of Dyrön, Åstol and Tjörnekalv with scenic walking trails. Sundsby Säteri is another popular destination with a cafe, restaurant, hiking trails and cave paths. Skärhamn is ideal for cycling with scenic roads close to the sea and open landscapes. Buses run frequently and take you easily to Stenungsund, Gothenburg and Uddevalla.



Good to know about this accommodation:

• A deposit of 3000 SEK will be reserved on your card upon arrival. It will be released within one week after check out provided the house is left in approved condition.

• Bed linen and towels can be added for 190 SEK per person and 60 SEK per person.

• Final cleaning is not included. Guests clean the house themselves. Cleaning supplies are available in the house.

• Electricity is included in the rent, charging of electric cars is not allowed.

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
