Thanks to the generously sized, fully equipped kitchen, you are completely independent of menus and opening hours – although most of the island's restaurants can be quickly reached by bicycle. Enjoy a refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, induction cooktop with extractor hood, oven and microwave, coffee maker and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, various pots and pans, egg cooker, waffle iron, blender, knife block, and cookbook. Naturally, you will also find a selection of wine and champagne glasses – and, since we are still in East Frisia, a tea set. The walk-in rain shower offers ample space for movement. Towels, a hairdryer, a towel warmer, a cosmetic mirror, and an integrated radio system are included as standard amenities. The rimless toilet and natural stone tiles throughout the bathroom ensure hygienic cleanliness and impeccable hygiene with easy maintenance. Smart TVs are located in the bedroom with twin beds and in the living area. You can use the Netflix streaming service free of charge (included in the rental price) on all TVs. A Marshall speaker is provided so you can enjoy your podcasts and playlists in excellent sound quality while on Borkum. You are also welcome to use the small library and board games. The door in the living area leads to the terrace. There you will find a seating area, a beach chair, and a charcoal grill. The terrace is equipped with wind and privacy screens, as well as a parasol. From the terrace, you can access the garden. It takes approximately two minutes to climb Herrmannshöhe, a dune with a viewing platform, from the house. You are located right next to the island's green lung, the "Greune Stee." The coastline of the South Beach is easily accessible via small paths. In addition to the beach chair on the terrace, you can also use a beach chair at the South Beach free of charge. This is included in the rental price. Wi-Fi is, of course, available. The apartment also includes a parking space for a car and bicycles. In the utility room, you will find a washer-dryer, clothes rack, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies.
