The apartment consists of a living/dining room which leads out onto the dining terrace, a fully equipped kitchen (including an American fridge-freezer, washing machine & tumble dryer, dishwasher, and coffee machine) 2 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bath with rain-shower over. There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, WiFi and cable TV, and ample space for parking available.

It is one of only 7 apartments sharing the pool and gardens of Vivenda Oceanis, which is only a 20mins (1.5km) walk from the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets at Praia da Luz village.
