A cleaning charge from £250 will be applied through Airbnb if evidence of smoking is found indoors, to cover cleaning costs and potential long-lasting damage.
Any loud music, parties, or indoor smoking will result in immediate removal from the accommodation. These are monitored via noise and air detection systems located in the house.
❌ No Pets Allowed
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in this property. Bringing an animal inside will result in immediate removal from the accommodation and no refund.
A cleaning and damage fee from £300 may be charged through Airbnb if evidence of pets is found (fur, odour, stains, or damage).
