This welcoming semi-detached property in Beadnell is perfectly placed for families and friends looking for a coastal getaway. Sleeping 10 people, the house is within 400 metres of the beach and village centre, which has a post office, general store and two pubs. Beadnell sits at one end of Beadnell Bay, a popular location for water sports, so you can head to the beach or walk along the coast path, which continues on to Bamburgh. Why not take a boat ride from the village of Seahouses (1.5 miles) to the Farne Islands, a renowned sea bird sanctuary where you may catch close-ups of puffins and inquisitive seals? Alternatively, visit the spectacular castles at Bamburgh (5 miles) and Alnwick (14 miles), the latter famous as a location for the Harry Potter films.
This stylish and contemporary holiday home has been thoughtfully renovated to create a five-star retreat. The open-plan living space offers two lounge areas â one looking out on the garden and featuring large sofas and a wall-mounted media unit with built-in feature fire, the other an inviting snug with cosy furniture and a wood burner. A Bluetooth sound system is built into the lounge ceiling, and a large dining table completes the layout. Just as impressive is the spacious kitchen, which benefits from a handy utility room. On this floor, youâll also find a luxurious super-king-size bedroom served by a modern en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, and a shared shower room. Heading upstairs, the wow-factor continues: a bunk bedroom (double bed with single above) is a kidsâ haven, while two king-size bedrooms have their own unique character. The final bedroom offers a pull-out day bed sleeping two on single mattresses, and a balcony. These bedrooms have use of a shared shower room.
Outside, an enclosed rear garden with a lawn, sizeable patio and outdoor dining furniture makes an idyllic place to relax in good company. The property has ample private parking available.
