This welcoming property, set over three levels in a quiet spot in Porthcawl, is ideal for friends or family seeking a relaxing coastal get-together and sleeps eight guests comfortably. Porthcawl Rest Bay Beach is less than a mile from the house, whilst the seaside town of Porthcawl (1.5 miles) features a variety of attractions. This homely property showcases a blend of rustic touches and contemporary charm, featuring stylish furnishings and chic, thoughtful decor that reflects the local scenery.
Walk through a spacious entrance hallway to the delightful downstairs lounge area, where a bay window floods the area with natural light. An open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is the heart of this home-away-from-home. Relax on the comfortable sofas and watch a movie on the Smart TV, cook up a storm in the kitchen, and dine together. On the first floor, you'll find a contemporary family bathroom, one king-size bedroom with an en-suite and two double bedrooms. On the second floor is a further king-size bedroom that features an additional single bed. There is plenty of outside space to socialise, with a large lawn in the enclosed garden perfect for children and dogs to play.
