Continue into the spacious lounge and put your feet up on the plump sofa or sink into the armchair beside more glass bi-folding doors and enjoy a cosy evening in with a movie on the SmartTV. There is also a convenient utility room on the ground floor plus a bathroom. Upstairs is a family bathroom plus two comfortable bedrooms with TVs – a king-size and a twin room. Outside is a private un-fenced garden with a lawn, patio, furniture, a parasol and a gas BBQ. You can also enjoy access to the shared indoor swimming pool (Private use slots to be booked with the owner) and lake.


During your stay in the quiet village of Hemblington, you’ll be surrounded by nature and have The Broads National Park just 2.5 miles away. Spend an afternoon wandering around the Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden (3 miles) or take Fido to the nearby dog park (4 miles). History enthusiasts will enjoy a trip to St. Benet’s Abbey and the Cross of Peace (12.5 miles). Walk along the water at Bure Marshes National Nature Reserve (5 miles) or head to the coast – Horsey Gap (16 miles) is a canine-friendly beach where you see the resident seals.
