Bring together friends and family in this spacious lodge near the North Cornwall coast. The property boasts a central location, allowing you to visit the popular resorts of Newquay and Padstow to the north, and attractions such as the Eden Project (13 miles) and The Lost Gardens of Heligan (18 miles) on the south coast.


The stylish, Scandinavian-inspired lodge has ample space for everyone to spread out and relax during the holiday. On the ground floor, discover an open-plan living space comprising a lounge/kitchen/diner. Comfortable seating is arranged around a Smart TV and there’s an elegant dining table for hosting dinner parties. Two flexible bedrooms and a family bathroom complete the ground floor. Heading upstairs, you’ll find a second living area, with a vaulted ceiling, Smart TV, pool table, and doors opening onto a balcony with panoramic countryside views. The two remaining bedrooms – both with en-suite shower rooms – are located on this floor. Outside, there are seating areas at both the front and rear of the property, allowing you to follow the sunshine. There’s also an open shared lawn where children can play.


Heading north, you’ll soon reach the vibrant harbour town of Padstow (8 miles), known for its exceptional pubs and restaurants. It’s also a great place to catch boat trips to go exploring off the coast, or join the South West Coast Path for exhilarating hikes with jaw-dropping views. The property is also within easy reach of Newquay (10.5 miles), with its lively bars and cafes, not to mention some of Cornwall’s most iconic beaches. Nearby family attractions include Lappa Valley, Camel Creek Family Theme Park, and Newquay Zoo (all within 10 miles).

- Gas hob, electric oven, combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, air fryer, wine fridge

- Washer/dryer in hall cupboard

- Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. Please provide your own bedding for the cot.

- Smart TV in both lounges and all bedrooms

- 6’ pool table, selection of board games and a Pac Man Arcade Machine

- Mobile signal is variable

- Garden with decked terrace, outdoor furniture and BBQ

- Parking on drive for up to 4 cars

- The resort offers lots of facilities such as swimming, fishing lake, Aquapark, wakeboarding and Flowrider available at additional cost. If you wish to book any of these activities we recommend booking in advance direct with the resort.

- Restaurant, bar and shop on resort

- Weekly activities for children in peak periods - local charges may apply

- Pub 0.5 miles, shop 2.5 miles, beach 7 miles
