Sleeps 8 - 2 Kingsize (1 downstairs), 1 double and a twin. 3 bathrooms - 1 en-suite, 1 family bathroom with a spa bath and a downstairs wetroom. 55" Smart UHD TV, blu-ray player, 5G WiFi, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, fully stocked kitchen, selection of books and games, 3 leather sofas. Highchair, stairgates, travel cot and pushchair available on request.
Great central location from which to explore beautiful Cornwall, just a stone's throw away from the A30. Driving is recommended.
PLEASE NOTE - access to on-site swimming pools and gym is not included, but you can use the children's outdoor playground, the tennis courts (if you bring your own equipment), mini football pitch, Teen Den (arcade), licensed café & Manor Arms Sports Bar. There are some activities on site that you can pay to use - Cornwall Segway, Cornwall Slip and Slide, Cornwall Laser Tag and mini golf. There is a public pool in Newquay, called Waterworld and some nearby holiday sites allow non-residents to pay to use their facilities.
