Enter the cottage and spread out into its homely living spaces. Open the door on to the courtyard garden in the lounge in the summer months to enjoy a cool breeze as you watch your favourite boxset on the Smart TV or play games together. Head into the kitchen to prepare lunch with the delicious produce you have bought in town then make fresh coffee in the machine. Sit down to eat in the dining room, throwing open the French doors in here too on balmy days. There is also a WC downstairs and a handy office for anyone needing to do a few hours’ work. The bedrooms and bathrooms are up on the first floor. These include a king-size, with an en-suite bathroom, and a twin that can also be made up as a king-size if discussed in advance. There is also a single bedroom and a family shower room. Have breakfast, lunch and dinner at the table outside on fine days and sit out into the evening too with a glass of something chilled. There is parking for one car at this property.

Head over to beach to buy fresh seafood from one of the shacks. Visit Snape Maltings, 6 miles away, with its concert hall, galleries and shops. From here take a boat trip along the River Alde.
