Thank you so much for taking care of the place! I'm glad you enjoyed your stay! This is perhaps the best condition the home has been left in. Thank you!
Nice home, excellent location! Responsive host and welcoming neighbors. Some of the furniture and utensils could use some upgrading. And area's of the home could use a deep clean. Overall our family had a great experience.
Great location! Enjoy walks to downtown Pittsford. Stroll along the Erie Cannel and have lunch by the Cannel. Close to great restaurants in Pittsford and Rochester.
Property was excellent for our family. Had a wedding in Victor so the proximity was perfect. House was clean and well appointed. Pittsford is a beautiful town!
Lots of plates , cups , mugs and pans. Clean comfortable beds and seating. Nice yard - only one thing to request please leave more then 1 extra roll of TP - with 8-10 guests in the house that is cutting it close. Other then that Outstanding Place.
My Family came into Pittsford for brick city weekend at RIT.
We absolutely loved the house. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was spacious and very comfortable for Aaron tire family to stay. They were plenty of linens. It was located in a beautiful neighborhood that was quiet and safe
We will definitely isn’t this property again and highly recommend it

Thank you so much for staying with us and taking care of the home!
Family gathered at this spacious house for an October wedding. House was very clean and comfortable. Safe neighborhood and walking distance to quaint village of Pittsford. Weather was a little too chilly to enjoy the beautiful sunroom and backyard but I’m sure in warmer months these areas would be an added bonus.
Will definitely consider renting again when we are in the area.
Nice location. Close to our family. Wish the downstairs bathroom had a shower. Also would be nice to put a bedroom on the main floor for elderly people. Nice good sized bedrooms. Sunroom was very relaxing (spent lots of our stay time there). Kitchen was big enough to move comfortably in. Nice basement with big tv, 2 couches and a futon. Every time I texted with a question it was answered promptly. Wish we could have stayed all 4 nights like we had planned. Thanks for a nice stay.
Location was great for seeing family and friends in Rochester over the ThAnksgiving week.
Over all decent place! Cable TV worked, wish we had another bathroom with 7 adults but we managed. We wanted to grill but the advertised grill was not usable and the ice machine did not work. The location was however perfect and we had plenty of space, with very comfortable beds for all. Thank you!
Overall, this house was a great place to stay! All of us agreed we'd rent it again, if there were an opportunity to do so.
Truly appreciated the response time I received in answer to my questions as well as the flexibility in possibly having to postpone the stay (due to weather conditions). In addition, the house really worked out well for our whole family. It was nicely decorated, well "stocked" with dishes, linens, cooking pans and utensils, etc. and was very spacious for all of us to spread out. A nice surprise was the the games and toys that were there for the kids to enjoy.
Had it been warm out, I'm sure sitting in the enclosed patio would have been very enjoyable, especially with the fenced-in yard that would have allowed the kids to safely play in the backyard.
If we had any complaint at all, it would be the request to strip the beds, run the dishwasher, take the garbage out, etc. For a one-night stay we felt the "cleaning fee" was a little steep. Granted the laundry used (ie bed sheets) were the same whether or not we stayed one night or more. However, the overall usage of everything else as well as the house not requiring a deep cleaning probably did not warrant the full cleaning fee. (BTW, only 3 of us used any bath towels so there wasn't a lot of towels to wash either.) I'd like to suggest a refund of a portion of that fee if the house is found to be in pretty much the same condition as the way it was before staying.
One suggestion: put blinds on the lav window! Using the downstairs lav at night was a little creepy...especially since the room is in the front of the house which means the neighbors and/or anyone driving by can see who is in the bathroom.
Other than that, we would definitely recommend this property for rent.
Spacious home within walking distance of Erie Canal
We had a great stay at this home - it more than met our needs - comfortable beds, multiple bedrooms, full kitchen, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of Erie Canal attractions and restaurants. An easy drive to downtown Rochester. We were completely satisfied.
My son's friends came in from out of town to stay and could not say enough about how comfortable and wonderful the house is and had a very nice stay. Thank you
Perfect size and convenient location, we were there for a lacrosse tournament. The owner was ve tu easy to communicate with for any questions. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay there again and recommend this home!
