Located in the charming coastal suburb of Bloubergstrand in Cape Town,
within the secure Big Bay Beach Club complex, you will find this cosy
one-bedroom apartment.

Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed by the open-plan living
space. The kitchen is fully equipped with ample storage and counter
space, fitted with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering
experience.

The living room features a plush couch with a coffee table and a
mounted flatscreen television with a soundbar, perfect for
entertainment, and glass sliding doors leading to the parking space
outside, with an additional door opening onto the patio.

The bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed and floating shelves as
nightstands on either side. The en-suite bathroom includes a spacious
shower, a bathtub, a washbasin with vanity, and a toilet. Linen and
towels are provided.

Guests will have access to secure parking, braai facilities, the beach
club’s tennis court, putt-putt course, and communal swimming pool.
Guests also have access to a portable BBQ, iron, and ironing board, and
for added entertainment, Netflix is available in the apartment.

The property is ideally located within walking distance to the beach,
restaurants, and the MyCiTi bus stop, making it convenient even for
guests without their own transport. Nearby facilities also include
shopping centres like Eden on the Bay and Seaside Village.

Whether visiting for business or leisure, Big Bay Beach Club offers a
secure, well-appointed base for your stay in Bloubergstrand.

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at ERF933 Sumatra Ave, Big Bay, Cape Town, 7441. The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
