Les Drus 2 - Smart Morzine centre flat for 6, 3 bed 3 bathrm
Les Drus 2 is a modern, bright apartment situated in the centre of Morzine on the Rue du Bourg - so it's no more than a 5 minute walk to get to everything you could need. It is ideal for a small group of friends or one large family, and sleeps 6, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 2 levels. Private garage for bike storage or car (with bootwarmer for winter).
The situation couldn't be better: at the lower end of the Rue du Bourg, you're only 100m from the excellent Carrefour supermarket, right above a wonderful boulangerie, and surrounded by a wide choice of bars and restaurants to suit all budgets. For skiing, you can either walk up to the Pleney lifts in 5 minutes, or to the SuperMorzine bubble in 8 minutes, or 1 minute down to the ski bus stop opposite the church. From there, you can catch free ski buses to Les Prodains (for Avoriaz), Nyon or Ardent (for les Lindarets). The apartment is also ideal for self-drivers and mountain / road bikers as there is a lockable garage at ground level (Attention, max headroom 1m85, width 2m10)
The 3 bedrooms are off the entrance level hall; there are 2 twin bedrooms each with bathroom and WC, and a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom / WC. There are two stylish porthole windows at this level. Up a flight of stairs from the entrance hall is the kitchen and living space. The kitchen is well equipped with full size oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The dining table seating 6 faces out onto a sunny balcony facing South / South-West. The lounge area has 2 comfortable sofas, DVd, TV, hi-fi and there is free Wi-Fi throughout. Heating is via low-range underfloor heating and electric radiators in all rooms. The apartment has 70m² of space in total, plus the garage accessed from the rear of the building. 3* Tourist classification.

Les Drus 2 operates on a Sunday changeover in winter; in summer we are able to be more flexible with arrival / departure dates. In summer and winter high season periods there is a 7-night minimum stay: at other times we can take bookings for 4 nights minimum. The location of Les Drus 2 is ideal: apart from its central Morzine position, the Carrefour is 100m away, the Olympic-sized swimming pool complex is 500m down the road, and the Super Morzine and Pleney lifts (which run in the summer too) are 5 mins walk away. The wide sunny balcony which runs round the front and side of the chalet is ideal for watching the world go by. There is parking in the garage and secure bike storage. Free ski buses in the winter can take you to alternative lifts (Prodains, Ardent, Nyon) but the apartment is so close to the Morzine lifts, that you don't NEED to use buses at all! (see section below about the airport transfers we offer)

SUMMER SEASON AND REST OF YEAR: Linen, towels are included for the full duration of your stay. The end of stay cleaning is not included and costs €80 on arrival.
IMPORTANT: DAMAGE DEPOSIT. We take a €300 Damage Deposit prior to your arrival. This can be paid via credit / debit card or bank transfer (Revolut preferred). We refund this deposit within 3 days of your departure. It is also possible to pay by French cheque. We will hold the Damage deposit until we have received the keys back and have been able to properly check the property. Please note the deposit rises to €500 for summer mountain biking groups and at our discretion.

Geneva Airport transfers: We operate our own airport transfer service in our licensed taxi minibus, which seats max 8 passengers in comfort with plenty of luggage space (VW Caravelle 4 x 4 long wheel base). We can offer shared transfers or private transfers, always door-to-door (unlike some transfer services who will drop you at the bus station!) – contact us for a competitive quote (Prices range from €95 per person return based on 4 travelling together, down to €66pp return for 8 travelling together) / €530 for a private transfer.
Lift pass purchase (Skiing or biking) : We are able to arrange your lift passes in advance of your stay, so that they’re ready on your arrival at the apartment. We can take payment for these by credit card or bank transfer in advance, or cash on arrival in resort. We offer lower rates on area (Portes du Soleil) and local (Morzine-Les Gets) passes than you can buy in resort. For rates for your chosen stay, contact us.
Help with arranging child care or babysitting: we have contacts with the in-resort childcare companies and can make the initial enquiries for you. For ad-hoc babysitting we have a list of trusted contacts and can put you in touch with them after you have booked.
Start-up grocery shopping: for those arriving too late to be able to buy supplies on your first day, or if you’re arriving by airport transfer, if you contact us with your shopping list with 2 days’ advance notice, we can purchase and deliver your first days’ groceries for you, with a small charge of €20.
Full or part-catered service: we work with several highly recommended freelance caterers who can provide a combination of breakfasts, afternoon tea, daily cleaning, children's suppers and adults 3 or 4 course dinner with or without wine included, and also a dinner delivery service.
BIKE PASSES Summer 2025: The PDS bike pass for 6 days costs €204 per adult, €153 per child aged 5 – 15, and €183 for "youth" (ages 16 - 25) if you buy them at the lift pass office. We can obtain passes for you at a discount of 7.5%, i.e €189 per adult and €141.50 per child, €169 ages 16- 25. You will need to book these in advance of your stay – you can pay for them by card or bank transfer in advance, or cash on arrival. After booking I will be able to send you links to the bike parks of Morzine and Avoriaz and also timetables of the summer lifts. Minimum 3 days, maximum 13 days.
